After training one’s disbelief to sit down and STFU, in order to

• Stay immersed in the movie, despite cretinous plots and lame acting

• Remain in acceptable conformity with all other sleepwalkers

• Prevent any surge of intelligence which might disturb the trance of feeling in control

• Feed the ego its comfort food: continual reasons to usurp control from the Mind, the owner of the body avatar

there is now a fixed habitual reflex to talk down any pesky awareness which might arise spontaneously, soothing the inner voice into obscurity with confortable lies, to protect the ego’s coup against the sovereign Being in Whom we all live.

IOW, sleepwalking zombies are demonstrating how NOT to become human, never mind the natural drive to grow beyond human limitations, especially the psychological blinders installed by the minions of the earthship pirates.

We may learn by compare and contrast how to take control of our lives and find a purpose larger than the ego’s fantasies.
