Just basing the chronology on the transition during twilight time, it seems the plane sequence is the final sequence. Based on the clock shots and local time progression to sunset, it seems the event began at 17m to 7, lasted 17m and by 7pm they were departing with target(s) in tow?
Have we figured out who the target(s) were? One hypothesis was Comey is the tall dark figure in these shots. They seem to be all looking in the same direction, toward the individual circled. Drop happening that they were all watching? Anon counted +/- [10] apparent non-Asian individuals in this street scene, with these 3 being the most noticeable.
