In the time I worked transplant, I was constantly amazed at the amount of kidneys that seemed to be available. I never saw anyone wait…it was almost like they had a warehouse full of kidneys or some shit
They would put them in alcoholics, junkies, homeless, basically anyone

There was a video of a bunch of white dudes and black dudes who went in support of keeping the monuments…it was floating around after the fiasco but I can’t find it anywhere

I had a patient who got a kidney transplant that failed…when he was getting his next one the doctor accidentally lacerated some arteries so he had to wait and get another one. That one failed too
