I don’t know anything about the dude, but what you’re describing sounds like a disinformation artist. You have to use factual information (70-80%) in order to establish trust and credibility. Then you mix in enough lies to either make the truth incomprehensible or to lead people down a carefully crafted path in order to hide more sensitive information. In order for disinformation agents to be successful, they have to build a reputation, which is why anons hate namefags and why our enemies have such a hard time infiltrating this board.
