Has nothing to do with the law. The law specifically says violence/bodily harm. Even has a prevision regarding it happening outside of judicial situations.
Anons, what we should be looking into is trying to find the links between the 120 million dollars BO used to fight "propaganda" and the laying off of journalist at various posts…. Possible that the money was funneled into the media to help cover up through not reporting and only reporting negative information?
The reason why i asked is that now that it has expired… some stations have been reporting some things that are anti-narrative.

The perceived part is interesting, but it will fall on the prosecutor to prove that the motive was because of this criteria. Which technically is already classified as a hate crime.
