In the YouTube video Q posted RE: V for Vendetta it mentions the "remember remember the fifth of Nov."

 

If you don't know what that means, it is when Guy Fawkes was arrested for trying to blow up the king and both Houses of Parliament. The plot was foiled.

 

Guy Fawkes was the ring leader (McCabe?) and met with his coconspirators in a secret meeting and they swore themselves to secrecy.

 

NOW, every year "Guy Fawkes Day" is celebrated on Nov 5 with fireworks (pic related).
