Please pass on to Q+, If UAC's along with their illegal alien parents or sponsors or potential sponsors may not be detained (per Congress),
then MOVE their legal processing to one of our U.S. territory islands, and release them to roam anywhere on that island while their court dates are pending. Monitor all air and ship traffic off the island so that they cannot wander too far, and can be found easily if they refuse to show up for their court date.
Christiansted USVI comes to mind, but anywhere that is U.S. soil surrounded by sharks and many miles of ocean should suffice.
