I think we have to go after the use and sale of the metrics & data we generate. Without us they don't have any data to use and/or sell, but we're left completely out of the deal.
This is an angle Pres. Trump will appreciate, as it's the People respecting themselves.
We need a Bill that gives us a stake in the value of all data used or traded that we create.
Now, they're taking our data and using it without us. They should have to pay us our share as without our actions, there's no data. See?
Further, any company/provider that won't cut us in on the deal can be completely banned from accessing or using or unencrypting ANY data we originate.
It's a win-win for POTUS & the People. If he can do it by EO, we don't even have to worry about Congress being on the take all the time.
