The company selling these seems to be using the Trump administration style on website to sell POTUS numismatic coins for a massive markup (as if donated to the Trump campaign). You can buy 1 oz of silver at your local dealer for about $17.50, not $35. This seems like a scam by Noble Gold who also sponsors Jordan Sather. When investing in metal, you should aim to get the most weight and this provides you with 50% of the weight in silver you would of been able to buy otherwise This diminishes the damage done to the banksters, who need precious metal suppressed to maintain their fiat illusions.

However, if the money goes to the 2020 Trump campaign, then this is actually an awesome way to donate and I would fully support.

If it goes to the campaign, it is great. However, no where on the website does it say the money is given to the Trump campaign. It looks like it may be someone trying to make bank while tricking POTUS supporters.
