As the country turns browner like anti-Whites have planned for a long time more states will become one-party Democrat states. If White genocide continues eventually the whole country will become a one-party Democratic state.
Non-White countries are not targets for diversification. Even if they wanted to diversify them they'd find it hard to convince people to move en masse to third world countries.
