most of the news organizations removed their comment sections over the years. Daily mail still has it( but they won't post certain comments,ones that are not violating their rules, yet go against the narrative,aka truth) They do alow some comments, might depend on who is the moderator that day.

Talk to friends and neighbors, maybe ask them to spread the news.
Contact local tv news,and newspapers and ask if they will do a story. You can also write editorial/opinion pieces to many news organizations.
Maybe Trump or other high public figures should tweet or talk about it more.
The senate committee was bipartisan, it had Republicans and Dems who both found no collusion.
Twitter is not that hard. Get an account, and spend 10 mins or so a day. trying to build your followers, tweeting and retweeting some. Comment on some Trump trains, and they will help you get followers.
