Get some historical and political perspective. The Communist Manifesto, Mao’s Little Red Book, Mein Kampf, and the Quran have contributed measurably more to human death and suffering than any misuse of The Bible. And much of that suffering has been OF Christian believers.

Be an agnostic, if you so choose: that’s between you and the Almighty. But don’t be ignorant concerning unassailable historical facts, or what Christianity is.

True Christianity, (not the cultural or nominal corruption) where people try with all their fortitude to love God with all their heart, mind, and strength, their neighbors as those closest to them, and to love their enemies and to pray for those who persecute them.

That is Christianity. And rather than destroying the world, it’s given the world it’s spiritual heartbeat whenever it has found human hearts willing to be transformed by the power of God.
