Let's not overlook the fact that we are talking about spending to with an Omnibus Bill because Congress HAS NOT DONE THEIR JOB (for at least the last 12 years) AND PASSED A BALANCED BUDGET ! !

I wish POTUS would come out and say that if they don't like how he spends money that

THEN, they could likely curtail what he wants to do and how he wants to spend.
