At some point, all of these people became too important to the Cabal to lose. So they drafted in multiple actors who all look like the main actor, to support the role. Understudies if you like.
With Hitler, the thing with the different ears many breads ago was just weird. Pretty conclusive evidence of multiple actors playing the same role. We know this happened with OBL too. And Hillary has been caught at it more than once.
What all three primary actors have in common is poor health. Hitler had constant tummy troubles. OBL had kidney issues. Hillary - god only knows - CJD maybe?!? Anyway, once these people became important to the Cabal they became roles rather than people. What they all have in common is a distinctive feature to lock onto. As long as the feature is there, it's the same person, right?
Maybe the Cabal have always operated this way, throughout history. It's only in the modern media age that it becomes easy to tell - although even then, the normies can't or won't see it.
Perhaps the primary Hillary was locked up back in 2017, but the role has continued to exist without her, and be played by several actresses.
