National Emergecy is about getting SUED and introducing evidence of the crises NOT for the money.
Can get the money even without a national emergency.
How do we use what we have? We force the democrats into a massive lawsuit over something that turns on EVIDENCE OF WHAT THE CRISES ITSELF IS.
Human traffickers? Drugs? Guns? Gangs? Voter Fraud? Is that the "border crises" for which the democrats are going to start a massive legal battle over whether or not it even exists?
The democrats only had one argument they've made this entire time. No crisis exists. That's they're claim. They are writing legal briefs RIGHT NOW about whether or not a crisis exists.
And in this particular instance, the courts shouldn't even review whether or not a "crisis" exists. But the district court will. The appellate court will.
So they are going to sue in over 20 lawsuits (already filed). And the court is just going to say the President cannot declare a national emergency at all? Or because there is no crisis? They HAVE to come up with something. It can't be that the President just cannot do this. It has been done so many times. So they have to attack whether there is a crisis at all.
What is the crisis? MS13, guns, drugs, human trafficking. WE KNOW WHO IS BEHIND THOSE PIPELINES.
