Technology does not go backward unless we melt down the world and destroy everything.

We save everything offline right? AI researchers probably do too. You won't destroy it unless you melt them down.

>>Trump makes his announcement for 2020.

>>He has to see who's really on his side.

What's the connection between these two statements? Because I don't see any. Why would a secret enemy quit the administration because Trump announced for 2020?

The boxes are NOT the same color, but putting your finger across the place showing the contrast between them allows the optical illusion based on differing background colors to work.

Well presented, had me wondering a bit.

I just watched my local school board meeting tonight. There were several unprompted speeches by normally very hard headed solid board members. We have a great school board atm, rejects all the PC stuff and fires PC administrators.

Well anyway these guys felt the need, internal or political, to speechify about the need for somebody to do something about guns. WE know that the whole thing, if it happened, was a setup. But the public isn't buying that, and that's the public Trump represents and has to work with.

It might be a big mistake for him to do absolutely nothing. He reacts to these things by flipping things to Congress and at least churning the water, same as with DACA. And if the bill comes back that you have to be 21 to buy a weapon, then younger folks can get their dads to buy them for them.

Also, I am not sure the Dems will see that as a success. They don't want Trump at the top of such a new law. The Dems might blow it up, and then they're getting the blame for this. Trump keeps playing this game on the Dems and so far it's worked.

Trump didn't rule out including Scalise's concealed carry reciprocity in the bill, as long as it can get thru the Senate that way. He did try to push Scalise, but to his great credit Scalise pushed back, and Trump backed off a bit.
