Also reminds me of the Black Mirror episode where people with weak DNA are made to look like monsters to soldiers who have chip implants. They call the people roaches and the chip makes the people look like zombies so the soldiers are tricked into feeling good about murdering them. They think they are actually killing zombies when in fact their perception is warped and they are killing people.
Very scary episode. FUCK.
Psychiatry is fucked too. You go in with a few symptoms and they don't do any lab tests to check for allergies or imbalances in vitamins and minerals (most common cause of mental issues is gut issues) they just send you home with a pill after a 20 minute questionaire you can take online.
