The video that will not upload is one made on my phone. I just can't get it to upload from the phone or my computer to here.

Been here many times, but I am not a computer guru. I can figure out most, but need help from time to time.
Just stumped why I can't get this video to upload. Still using Windows 7 cause I don't like the new crap. Going to switch to a Mac, I guess but very reluctant to change.
