Spouses and most family/friends are overrated. I know. Mostly full of crap and always want favors or your money. Watch out especially if you are a professional person who makes decent money. The wedding is pretty, but not everyone is lucky in love. In certain cases you really don't mind giving up half and paying alimony for a while cuz you're so glad the bitch is gone.
Kids are a different thing though. If you raise them right that might be the only thing you won't regret.
