The closest parade would have been in the marigny - that is the super gay part or "local" part of the quarter that most tourists don't go to - starting at 4:30, there are sure to be activities down there - but where the shooting happened was some ways away from the foot of the quarter ..and there are tons of thugs already there looking for trouble - interdasting the connection with the drill tho
