I think it means…

 

It is RUSH HOUR at the Restaurant…

Which means all the burners are on and anything and everything is on the stove cooking…and with the right CHEF (BARR) anything and everything will be cooked up just perfect!!!!

 

Just think HELLS KITCHEN and Barr is Gordan Ramsey. hahaha
