I've been noticing this too.
Our weather seems to be returning to the weather I remember as a kid.
I figured I would be able to verify come May.
Past years, it has been cool through May while as a child it was basically summer weather come May.
Winters began earlier too.
It used to snow on Thanksgiving.
Now it doesn't snow till late Jan/early Feb.
Time will tell but I feel the weather is being corrected.
