It was a very important place and the site of much sadness in 1919, 100 years ago. Read all about it. Tens of thousands of brave men died at Fort Devens having been invected/poisoned on the way home.
I believe that its too serious to just drop it. I see that a collapse had been planned and the team had to make sure it would only be safe for people. The fetish of prosecution wasn't going to work to prevent some veyr bad things from happening. So you play your holes of golf in a slow measured way and you seem to get a lot of very good shots.
