Most of the "mistakes" that have happened occurred because of managerial mismanagement. The organization is run by former Navy personnel and Washington insiders. I have definitely considered that it has been used as a test bed for MK Ultra. DS definitely plays a part in it. The internal narrative has shifted to one of globalism, inclusion and diversity.
