Anons, just wanted to throw this out there. Q talked a lot about prayer, but one thing Q didn't talk about was fasting.

 

It's amazing for the mind, body, and spirit to go on a fast periodically. Even once or twice a week. It puts things in perspective, increases feelings of serenity and love, and increases feelings of aliveness.

 

Try a 24 or 36 hour fast. Drink black coffee and water, and let some of that darkness burn away through hunger. Let autophagy do some dirty work. Enjoy the alchemy of fasting.

Everybody loves to eat, but to not eat, enhances awareness. It's a natural phenomena. The body gets heightened senses. The mind becomes calm, and spiritual tranquility surfaces like gold from a muddy pan.

 

You can think that it's touchy feely, and disregard it, but it's a tough thing to do, and a strong person is one who can handle the stress of hunger. It heals the body, it's a strange thing. How many medications are people going to take before they simply try fasting? Please duck duck go it, anons, I'll stop posting about it. But do your damn homework. Big pharma has been fucking our families over for years, mostly because of food related mental and physical disorders. ADHD, Type 2 diabetes, depression, so many of them stem from food. Fasting lets shit rewire. It lets the ushers clean the sticky floors, popcorn, and cum off of our physiological theater seats
