I eat LCHF and find that I don't need to eat as much - fuller for longer but still strong and healthy
Definitely don't need breakfast
Fasting for longer periods (24hr +) is effective for spiritual growth when combined with prayer
(((their))) way is to add sugars or not include the right nutrients eg eat more carbs which only inflame the body rather than give good fuel.
