This is a bit more on Pelosi Newsome Brown crime families : The FAMILY CLUB

the secretive club founded by Hearst reporters ("spinning spiders) expelled from the Boho Club in 1905 after VVeaving and unwelcome web at the Bohemian Club.

Place needs a serious dig.

WPA artist (former member of The Family) recalls

EG: For awhile. I remember Orozco. I used to belong to the Family Club, and Orozco and Diego Rivera were guests down at the Family Club farm near Woodside. It’s very much like the Bohemian Club only it’s much smaller. And they got into an awful argument down there about art.

MM: Oh, they did?

JEG: Yes.

MM: I was going to say Orozco didn’t have much of an influence around here as far as the style of painting was concerned.

JEG: No, he wasn’t here so much.

MM: Do you think that was the reason?
