That can happen at AFBs far north, like in Alaska. Pops was AF Major and told me stories of guys he knew who were stationed there and would wear sweats (& more) under their uniforms to stay warm during flights. Obviously a leaking cockpit is worse than what I’m describing but it’s something which is bound to happen once in a while given the conditions.
