OK, so I hope this is just Trump trolling the gun control lobby. GVROs (like in CA) already violate procedural due process with ex parte confiscation orders. Many people don't realize this, and he just brought it front and center. Either libs have to agree with Trump on something, and on something they even think sounds messed up or oppose the GVROs.
At least, I hope this is the case.
