More than likely "FU Q" means "Fuck You" not "Fuck You Q". Say it to yourself "Fuh-Q". I'm sure that guy is a bona fide cornholer, but having an anti Q license plate doesn't even make any sense. Who would it be aimed at? It has very little impact in general.
