The concept of hate crime needs to be challenged and taken to the SC. Also, is there no hate involved when a guy stabs his wife to death? Wouldn't a guy that kills his wife be demonstrating more hatred than someone who stabs some random nigger? Especially if he's also taking the mother of his children? That's as hateful a crime as you can get. The whole thing is just ridiculous and I don't see how it could Constitutional to make illegal my right to hate. And of course, there's it's very selective application which makes it a joke in itself. It's nothing more than a way to get the stiffest penalties when it's a member of a team THEY hate. It's bullshit. How has it not been challenged yet?
