It's actually 20:22:45 in EST (which I think time has demonstrated is "official" and since four fives is "20", dropping zeros yields just "2222"…I personally think it's pointing to 2/24 for a habbening.

OR (maybe even better) it's a middle to L then R read and translates to "For 2020"
