They are owned (lead investors) by Plublicis Groupe, yet another multinational corp that “manages the media” for their clients.
Oh, Publicis Groupe tried to bribe a CPA with a job, but then voluntarily admitted that they offered a job to the CPA who just happened to be auditing Publicis Groupe, while he was auditing.
CPA got barred for 3 years. Somehow all Plublicis got was a 13(a) violation, failure to file that they had a clean audit), and nothing else so far.
