I may have found the solution and it's simple.
The word "mirror" occurs only twice in all of Qs posts. It's the two times in your graphic, as "Think mirror." The first time, it seems to be a clue to the answer to the preceding set of "Why" questions about Saudi Arabia. The answer may simply be, "Obama is why." Instead of writing "Obama" uncryptically, Q could have simply set a reminder on his calendar 88 days in the future and written, "Think mirror." Obama is #44.
