I get around the same results on an account that has 6K followers.
I have 5 phone numbers that I can use with 5 Google voice numbers. I have tried following nothing but liberals and tried staying out of comment sections to avoid NPCs from mass reporting me. I've used 6 accounts so far in the last year. All shadowbanned.
Made one today for the "something big" event. Verified unique email, unique number, not an IP/device that I have used before. Lasted 2 hours and 8 tweets before it somehow violated Twitter's rules. Account is locked for 12 hrs. Ridiculous.
