Yeah I'm aware that they use codes and all, just having a hard time deciphering this : "Every time you assault and stereotype a person, you’ve ripped the social fabric. Every time you see that person deeply and make him or her feel known, you’ve woven it." and how it translates to a direct message. I guess like you say we are missing a piece of the puzzle this references to maybe.
Seems like its what Q is deciphering, what I'm wondering is how he got to that conclusion with the above quote.
