Clearly you don't understand how the law works.
Comey did not in any way "clear" HRC. He works for the FBI, they investigate and present
their evidence to the prosecutors. They do not have the power to clear anyone. The prosecutors
do, however. And, as has already been discussed, what exactly do you think would have
happened if he handed the case over to Obama's DoJ, run by Lynch and all of those
lawyers that have since been fired or forced out (you've been paying attention, right)?
Lynch absolutely would have gotten her cleared and done it in a way that attached jeopardy.

Jeopardy would have meant she gets a free ride for those thing.
