Dual citizenship should not be allowed under any circumstances for government (including military).

The birthright/anchor baby citizenship also needs to address once and for all who is a "natural born" citizen.

No one who is a naturalized citizen should EVER under ANY circumstances be permitted to be a commissioned officer of the military. It has been problematic and it must be recognized for the security risk it is.
