It's not even clear if it is her choice or not. Consider for a moment that a woman is being kept alive at the edge of death for years because "The Party" needs her. It's actually kind of horrifying to contemplate being in her position as an average person.

Granted, she is not average and it is quite possible that she is fully aboard with this - but then we still get back to the problem of a lifetime appointment to the bench. There should be some cutoff - a maximum tour or something.

Someone is going to prosecute. I am not sure it will be "POTUS". Keep in mind, the narrative. If POTUS jumps out and starts trying to prosecute for treason, the media is already staged and scripted for the portrayal of POTUS as a dictator trying to, himself, stage a coupe.

The first stage is declass, I imagine. Mueller's report - or the documents thereof - are very important. That has been an exhaustive investigation into POTUS and others connected to him. He has been lauded as the savior of the never-trumpers, he has been derided by the pro-trump crowd - when Mueller's report is made available and supporting documents declassified/released, it can be shown how thorough it was and that nothing was found to tie President Trump to Russia - and the cases that did appear to suggest it, instead, have tie-ins to FISA abuses and schemes by the democrats.
