CPA anon here. Called the IRS Collection division this morning on behalf of a client. Was told by the IRS man that he doesn't know why, but the taxpayer levy information was taken away from them over the weekend.
I don't know, but I've heard others say that the IRS was "closed" over the weekend. Maybe all the levies are being removed?
