Q POTUS should consider restructuring welfare and help out citizens that are working hard and trying and that have had a steady job for a year or so(to show they are trying) then that welfare money (that is now going to illegals and scams) would subsidize a so called "living wage" if your household is making 35k, you are young and trying then bump them up to a living wage. (50K?)
If you are lazy and refuse to work, well.. hunger will motivate those folks.
