We know the fires in California didn’t act normal. Speculation as to laser beam tech starting them. So now we see these fires were along the new high speed rail line. Did California politicians put in full price of these lands (as privately owned would have to be market compensated or higher) for grant then burn them up after grant approved (but before disbursement) so now the land is worth less so they can pocket the difference? Now POTUS stops grant? I’m sure he’s stopped something shady. Seems worth a dig.
