So Q knows POTUS is being lead by God; this would beg the question which God. There is not credible way to say that Christianity, Judaism, or Islam see gayness as anything other then a perversion. If you are going to say 'Read your bible, God wins.' and no county can outlaw heterosexually, you might not want to point to the bible as the authority for why God is going to win and that you are on God's side.
This has nothing to do with homophobia, just straight up reading the text. If you start arguing that we don't understand the words, the translation, etc, ect. then reading the bible to see that God wins is of little use as that could just as well be a misunderstanding.
Hate the sin, love the sinner does not mean condoning the sin because doing otherwise would make the sinner feel uncomfortable. But, I guess you wouldn't expect otherwise from a man whose publicly displayed morals around sexuality and marital vows are lax at best. It would also call into question any deeper understanding of the laws of the universe if he cant understand why morals around relationships were put in place (whether you can live up to them or not). Sadly, the moral shortcoming of our previous leaders, instead of being addressed as the reason for many of our social ills, became the reason we through morality out of everything in public life and turn our social structure on it head. Are we happier or better off for it?
If his tactic is to say freedom for all, around all things that do not physically harm others so you can learn the consequences of your actions, then forget the boarders, let the drugs in, let the pedos who are genital and loving to their victims learn from their karma and make it clear that legality and morality are separate issues, the consequences will find you eventually. As it stands, humanity has takes legality to equal morality and supporting LGBT rights to mean a green light to the behavior.
I suspect if anyone even reads this I will be called shill or a homophob. I would like our country back as much as the next person, support much of the narrative of what Q suggests, and honestly couldn't care less about someone else's sexual orientation until they throw it in my face and want me to validate their bad choice. Doesn't make me hate them, or not want to work with them. It will make me question their judgment, but I question everyone's judgment including my own. Just thinking logically, as I think Q instructed us too.
Dark to Light? Going to have to do better than everyone needs to accept gays or you are just going Grey to Grey.
