Just smells to me like this is a coded story for habbenings
Brain cancer got No Name well before he ‘stopped’ treatment and his death coincided with Dog Day. Was he diagnosed years ago?
The old dog last winter would surely be HW (IF this story is code)
But who is the narrator? Someone embedded in the deep state with inside knowledge of RBG?
