Jesus IS God. There is a GOD the Father and a God the Son. In Hebrew El and Elohim.

The Father GOD is the energy that holds it all together so to speak. The Son is the "word of God", or the interface between humans and this energy.

Jesus made all things. In the beginning God (Elohim not El) made the heavens and the earth. For all things were made by him and for him.

Sometimes very large trades are neogtiated beforehand so as not to spook the market. They have to be registered as a sale. So they are registered usually after hours when no one is looking. I guess Saturday is after hours also.
