That's absurdly way too low of a sentence for that amount. Appears the sentencing guidelines for fentanyl are out of whack and Dems are resisting changing them.

Similar to the WaPo oped writer who lamented the Jussie Smollett thing being a hoax because it did not fit her emotional version of reality.

All these examples point to the fact that everyone defines "truth" by what fits their confirmation bias.

The "conspiracy theorist" argument is just defining this overall human quality, but only assigning it to one class of people - those who question the confirmation bias narrative of the dominating class.

Totally out of whack. Judges are forced to give certain possession and low-level dealing crimes harsh sentences due to guidelines, while crimes like this >>5281458 are given light sentencing.

The "reformers" are so out-of-touch (and/or protecting the kingpins) that they fail to make a reasonable dissenting argument to the private prison lobbyists on what should be common sense reform.

Both sides of the aisle are to blame.
