It was founded in 1989 by: (Ret Ltc US Army - Connie L Wood) and his wife - both of Onalaska, TX
Company orig. registered in Tx but HQ in Delaware. Now Oklahoma.
(Connie L Wood) - Multiple college deg's: Boston University, University of Maryland, Phd Northwestern University. 28 yr Army career. (Posting links below for your evaluation) He could've had intelligence community experience judging from his bio. But I don't want to make a judgement about him at this time.
He just died (Jan 26, 2019) He was 70 yrs old.

His obituary stated that he came to Christ last year, 2018, and was baptized. Also, his wife re-dedicated her life to Christ last year.

So if he did have a change of heart last year - after years of questionable activities related to these acft reg's, well, I know the depth of wickedness in my own heart, and Jesus saved me.

Beyond all that, the company is still in operation and in 2014 - US DOT was really concerned, according to their memorandum letter anyway(google drive pdf link), about foreign owned & domestically registered acft = Not having enough info on the actual owners.

It's pretty clear & obvious that (AGC) was and is using Connie Wood's Onalaska address for registrations. It's like ships using (Liberia) or (Panama) registrations for tax & regulation purposes.
Onalaska, TX is a sleepy little lakeside town on a peninsula next to Lake Livingston. One bridge on each end of town.
