I believe Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge's To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science was intended to do more of this selling of national secrets. Remember he was in contact with Podesta, and got several ex-military/government/CIA officials with TS clearances to be on the board of directors. They were going to bring 'alien technology' to the general public. I would bet money the plan was to use their clearances to sell more of our tech and profit from it - giving President Hillary her cut I'm sure.
