the headline on the article says NOT supposed to be a secret, opposite of baker's abstract.
(I believe there was a mic on it/ I believe GOOG planned/hoped/expected to use the mic in some way/ perhaps was already using it/ many devices contain hardware features that can be activated in future software releases or upon payment of additional money by the customer/ maybe it was for spying or maybe it was intended to be used in a future software release)
