Goldgeier was Foreign Policy Adviser to the Obama Campaign for President in 2008. Previously, he held several positions in the Clinton administration.
Goldgeier was Dean of American University's "Student Spy School" from 2011 to 2017. American University calls it the School of International Service or SIS.
